Business management identifies Communication Skills, Teamwork and Leadership Development as their three most critical needs. The TLC offers programs that explore each of these issues in a forthright way that makes the concepts easy to understand, assimilate and apply in real work environments.
Some of the programs that we use are: The Alpine Tower Adventure Course Complex, Orienteering and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ®.
For those businesses seeking intense work on specific issues TLC will tailor our programming to that need. Business and professional time are valuable, we will not waste it. We like to begin with a confidential interview and assessment.
Final program approval rests with the client. Execution of the approved plan will be the responsibility of TLC. TLC believes that customer satisfaction is our goal; if you are not satisfied with either our plan or its execution then there is no charge for our services.
