Norrie
Wake (ENTJ) is President
of TeamLeadership Center, Inc. He was born April 16, 1943. He and his
wife Nancy are the parents of two daughters, Conley and Lesley.
Nancy teaches public school in Somerset, Kentucky and assists with
facilitation on the challenge course.
They make their home on the south side of Lake Cumberland near
Monticello, Kentucky.
Norrie has served as President of the Monticello-Wayne County Chamber of
Commerce, Board Member for the Mill Springs Battlefield Association, and is
currently serving as President of the Cumberland Heritage Society, a nonprofit
corporation whose mission and goal is the construction of an outdoor theater in
Wayne County to remount the drama “Wilderness Road” by Paul Green.
Norrie’s interest in Organizational Development and Teambuilding grew out of more than twenty-five years of business experience and the private practice of law. His work with business organizations, community-based organizations, youth groups, colleges, and public school systems arises from a passion to help people, young and old, meet and overcome challenges, improve communication skills and problem-solving abilities, and develop leadership.
Myers-Briggs Type Preference: Extraverted-iNtuiting-Thinking-Judging (ENTJ). Norrie is a futurist. He devises innovative solutions to problems. He thinks systemically. He designs complex systems. He is intellectually curious and enjoys a challenge. He tackles abstract and complex problems. He is a visionary change agent. He is always improving and changing systems. He sees the big picture and excels in long range planning.

Law Practice, Lexington, Kentucky.
President, TeamLeadership Center Inc. (Corporate Learning and Experiential Education Center). TLC, Inc. manages The Lodge at Cedar Lane Farm, which accommodates 24 people on beds, a high-ropes and low-ropes course, a forty-acre farm used as a “practice field” for teambuilding activities, a Corporate Orienteering Course and a rustic camping facility with a “bunkhouse”/ barn that will sleep 12.
