Facilities
The Lodge is a group facility. It can be used for board meetings, organization retreats, family reunions, wedding parties and receptions. It contains a total of 3550 square feet of space.
The front room of The Lodge has a fireplace, hardwood floors, sixteen-foot ceilings and two sets of French-doors opening onto a wrap-around deck and beautiful lawn frequented by deer and other wildlife. At the back of The Lodge the great-room provides a spacious dining/meeting area, country kitchen, fireplace and beautiful sunsets.
Two wings of The Lodge can easily accommodate twenty-four (24) persons on beds:
- Room "A": four persons with private bathroom
- Room "B": and "C": four persons each (may be combined) with shared bathroom across the hall
- Room "D": twelve persons with private bathroom
Guests provide their own linens and towels unless prior arrangements have been made. The Lodge is centrally heated and cooled.
Groups have use of the fully equipped kitchen or may have meals catered. Common areas which consist of the great room and the front room are shared.
Persons wishing to smoke may do so in designated areas outside of The Lodge.
Costs
- Overnight rental:
$240.00 - Minimum rental fee for one to twelve (1-12) persons for one night; $20.00 per night for each additional person over twelve. Guests provide their own bedding and towels and washcloths.
- Overnight rental with bedding, towels and washcloths provided: $360.00- Minimum rental fee for one to twelve (1-12) persons for one night; $30.00 per night for each additional person over twelve.
- Event use:
$150.00 for half-day; $300.00 for full day
- Event and Overnight combination: Full day event fee +overnight fee per person ($20 or $30)
Reservations/Deposits
Reservations are required and may be guaranteed by check in the amount of the one-half of the rental fee plus a security deposit of $200.00 which is refunded by mail after departure. Rental agreement will be executed by the parties.
Location/Services
The Lodge is located on the South side of Lake Cumberland and bounded by the Lake on both the East and West. It is seven (7) miles Northeast of Monticello, Kentucky on Cumberland Ridge Road (State Highway 2393.) Monticello and Somerset have numerous motels and resort facilities, restaurants, large general merchandise stores and grocery stores. Area recreation opportunities are: shopping, fishing, water sports of all types, hiking, rafting, canoeing, antiquing, visiting cultural and historic sites.

Directions
From Somerset, Ky. take U.S. 27 South to the intersection of Ky. 90; Turn right (West) on Ky. 90, travel 10.6 miles; Turn right (North) on 1275, travel 4.7 miles; Turn right (North) on 2393, travel 1.6 miles; Turn left onto the farm lane, a sign pointing to The Lodge and the TeamLeadership Center is on your right above the mailbox.
