The TeamLeadership Center provides powerful learning experiences which demonstrate the elements of success in teambuilding and leadership. We help participants apply what they learn in our programs to their businesses, schools, churches or communities. We provide practical and useful ways to improve individual and corporate performance in a collaborative and changing environment.

As our name implies "Team..." and "Leadership" are connected. Leaders, whether in businesses, schools, churches or communities, need to build effective teams and teams need to practice the art of teamwork and build leadership skills. TeamLeadership both as a concept and practice is critical to personal and business success. It is not like riding a bicycle, you must practice TeamLeadership skills everyday.

Individuals, groups or business organizations seeking to improve their teambuilding skills, to develop their teamplayer styles or to enhance personal leadership abilities can benefit from the programs offered by the TeamLeadership Center.

Customized Programming

TLC offers customized programming on-site or off-site at a location of your choice. Our half-day, full-day or multi-day programs are specifically targeted to achieve your goals. We are qualified to administer and interpret the MBTIŽ (a personality type indicator which is useful in executive coaching, career development and identifying team-player styles.) Consulting services are based on an hourly rate plus expenses.
